    Nůž and Critical have come together to create a sustainable chef's knife that is crafted with 100% recycled materials and is designed to last forever.

    The handle is made from Critical's "cleanstone" product. The cleanstone used in these knives is made from plastic bottles, lids, and fishing nets. The blade is made from recycled carbon steel saw blades. Three brass rivets hold together the blade and the handle.

    Nůž Knives are handmade in Waiuku, New Zealand.
