No experience needed. If you're warm, dependable and keen to learn, we'll teach you the rest (yes, including how to pull a mean shot of espresso) — though if you've got barista skills already, that's a big plus.

Hours of Work

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and provide customers with receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail and cafe space.
• Stock and replenish shelves, ensuring products are neatly displayed.
• Assist customers in finding products and provide information on product features.
• Operate coffee and food preparation equipment in the cafe.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and baked goods to customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the cafe and retail area.
• Keep track of inventory levels and notify management when stock is low.
• Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise, checking for accuracy.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Participate in periodic stocktaking and report any discrepancies to management.
