At Otto's Corner Store, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within New Zealand only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched from our Invercargill store, estimated delivery times are:
- South Island — 1–2 working days
- North Island — 2–3 working days
Your order will be delivered by NZ Couriers (or Post Haste for North Island deliveries) with Track & Trace included. Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number — be sure to check your junk folder if it doesn't arrive, or get in touch at howdy@ottoscornerstore.co.nz.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the size and destination of your order:
- Small Items — $8.00 NZD (New Zealand wide)
- Standard Shipping — $12.00 (South Island) / $19.00 (North Island)
- Rural Surcharge — $6.00 additional charge where applicable
- Oversized Items — from $29.00 (South Island) / from $39.00 (North Island)

Free Shipping
We're happy to offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 NZD. Please note this excludes oversized and large items.
Local Collection
Prefer to pick up in person? We're located at 25 Esk Street, Invercargill. There are pickup options available at the online Get in touch at howdy@ottoscornerstore.co.nzhowdy@ottoscornerstore.co.nz to arrange collection.
