We use New Zealand Couriers as our shipping partner. These guys are fast!
We can usually get packages dispatched the same day if ordered before 2:00 pm (our pickup time is usually around 3:00 pm), and packages bound for the South Island are usually delivered the next day (overnight delivery), and packages bound for the North Island typically take a maximum of 2 business days. -
We currently only ship within New Zealand

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Our standard delivery rates are:
- $12.00 to the South Island
- $19.00 to the North Island
We do have discounts built into our system for smaller items that we can fit into standard courier bags. We also have up-charges for larger items that fall outside of standard shipping rates. Sometimes our system does get it wrong, so please reach out if you think a shipping rate is unreasonably high for a specific purchase, as we may be able to make a custom order for you and just charge exactly what it costs us. -
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refunds
We only offer refunds if the product was damaged, an item was unavailable/incorrect, or we have overcharged you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at howdy@ottoscornerstore.co.nz. -

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as earrings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Afterpay.

Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Yes! Gift wrapping is available on most products. Just leave us a message at checkout and we can organise this for you.

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. You can also include a gift message so they know who it's from.

No, we never include pricing information in gift orders. Receipts are sent via email only. A packing slip with no prices is usually included in the parcel.

Yes, gift cards are available in a range of denominations and can be used online or in-store. e-gift cards can be puchased here
