No. 1 - The Spread

A table knife for your dining experience. Its rounded tip makes it ideal for buttering bread while the sharp edge easily slices through meats, potatoes and vegetables.

Materials

The No. 1 knife is made from Swedish carbon steel, which is produced from recycled saw blades. The handle is crafted from American Ash wood and is sourced from an FSC-certified supplier. Three brass rivets hold together the blade and the handle, producing a simple design that suits any kitchen.
