You will need
60 g Waffle & Pancake Mix (1/4 pack)
1 egg
8 Tbsp water
Method
- In a bowl, whisk the water and egg until smooth.
- Add the Waffle & Pancake Mix and whisk until combined. Let the batter rest for 2 minutes.
- For pancakes: Heat a well-oiled pan over medium heat, then pour in the batter. Cook until golden, flip, and cook the other side until golden.
- For waffles: Heat a well-oiled waffle press, then pour in the batter. Cook until golden.
