    You will need 

    60 g Waffle & Pancake Mix (1/4 pack)

    1 egg

    8 Tbsp water

     

    Method

    1. In a bowl, whisk the water and egg until smooth.
    2. Add the Waffle & Pancake Mix and whisk until combined. Let the batter rest for 2 minutes.
    3. For pancakes: Heat a well-oiled pan over medium heat, then pour in the batter. Cook until golden, flip, and cook the other side until golden.
    4. For waffles: Heat a well-oiled waffle press, then pour in the batter. Cook until golden.
