    You will need 

    240 g Choc Brownie Mix (1 pack)

    2 large eggs

    160 g unsalted butter (melted)

    3 Tbsp water

     

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan forced).
    2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and water, then slowly add the melted butter while whisking until smooth.
    3. Add the Chocolate Brownie Mix and stir until evenly combined.
    4. Transfer the mixture to a lined or greased 20 x 20 cm baking dish, smoothing the surface.
    5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the desired firmness is achieved.
    6. Allow to cool in the dish before slicing. Store in a cool, dry, dark place
